Eric Archer (an accomplished production designer) is an expert at interpreting images and ideas. We found it impossible to portray such a complex man with just one image, so we chose two! One may be more subtle than the other, but they’re both equally delightful and equally ERIC!

The wait is finally over and the curtains rise for the second collection from Mel and Julia Rapp.
Every Rapp frame is special and rare and deserves the perfect home. Each takes about 6 months to complete, and there are only 15 pieces made per model (for worldwide distribution).
This is just a sneak peak, you’ll have to make a personal appearance for the rest!

GOGOSHA OPTIQUE: KUDOS: Jim Jarmusch (and his production staff)
“you don’t speak spanish, do you?”
Jim Jarmusch’s latest film THE LIMIT OF CONTROL displays the best edited selection of independent eyewear on screen in modern cinema.
Jarmusch’s characters in THE LIMIT OF CONTROL have little dialogue, and in some cases even less clothes, so it only makes sense that the choice of eyewear gives insight to their characters without saying a word; they are not cliched or throw away props, but instead add to the layers that draw you into the character.
More often than not, mass produced, licensed eyewear is the most convenient route, but a road less traveled is also far less crowded, just like Jarmusch’s cinematic creations.
